Price & stock monitoring

Amazon price tracker with stock alerts

Set up an Amazon product monitor in under two minutes. Tell us what to watch in plain English — we send the alert when the price drops or stock returns.

WebMonitor.fyi tracks any Amazon product page and notifies you when the price changes, availability shifts, or the listing updates. The Amazon price tracker checks pages on the schedule you pick, ranging from every five minutes to once a day, and delivers alerts by email, SMS, or webhook. Useful for shoppers waiting on a sale, resellers tracking competitor pricing, and procurement teams watching catalog availability.

What it does

Plain-English criteria

Write the rule in normal language — "alert me when the price drops below $80" or "tell me when this is back in stock". No regex, no XPath.

Adjustable check frequency

Five-minute intervals for time-sensitive deals, hourly for everyday monitoring, daily for slow-moving items. Pick per monitor.

Multi-channel alerts

Email is the default. SMS for time-critical drops. Webhooks for piping into Slack, Discord, or a custom tool.

Visual change history

See the page state at each detected change. Useful when a listing modifies the photo, the title, or the seller without changing the price.

Multiple products per account

Watch one product or several hundred from the same dashboard. Plan limits scale with monitor count and check frequency.

How to set it up

1

Paste the Amazon product URL

From the WebMonitor dashboard, click Add New Monitor and paste the product page link.

2

Describe what to watch

Examples: "Alert me when the price drops by 10% or more." "Notify me when this product is available for Prime shipping." "Let me know when the seller changes."

3

Pick a frequency and a channel

Five-minute checks for limited-time deals, hourly for steady tracking. Email, SMS, or webhook for delivery.

4

Receive alerts the moment something changes

The alert includes the old value, the new value, and a link straight back to the listing.

Common use cases

  • Wait-list a high-demand product and get notified the second it restocks
  • Track competitor pricing across your category for repricing decisions
  • Monitor a gift list for the price to hit your budget
  • Watch a procurement SKU for supply changes that affect cost forecasts
  • Audit a third-party seller listing for unauthorized resale of your brand

Honest limits

WebMonitor reads what is publicly visible on the product page. Listings hidden behind a login wall, Amazon Business catalog pricing, and personalized prices that vary by account are outside what a public-page monitor can see.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Amazon price tracker work for any product?

Yes — any publicly accessible Amazon product page. That includes Amazon US, UK, Canada, Germany, Japan, and the other regional storefronts. Paste the product URL and the monitor handles the rest.

How often does it check the price?

Anywhere from every five minutes to once a day, depending on your plan and what you set per monitor. Five-minute checks are useful during a Lightning Deal or restock window; hourly is the steady default.

Will I get notified about a price increase?

Only if you ask. The criteria field accepts any condition: drops, increases, or "alert me on any change". For most shoppers, drop-only alerts cut noise.

Can I track stock as well as price?

Yes. Combine criteria — "alert me when this is back in stock under $60" works as one monitor. Or run separate monitors for stock and price on the same product.

What does WebMonitor see that Amazon's built-in price alerts do not?

Amazon's alerts are limited to specific products and a daily check cadence. WebMonitor watches any product page at intervals you set, fires alerts on conditions you write, and works across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and any other retailer in one dashboard.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan covers a handful of monitors at a daily check interval — enough to track a small wish list. Faster intervals and higher monitor counts are on paid plans.
